Chip_cartoon

We send grateful thanks for his excellent cartoon to former Cadet Commandant Chip who remembers that back at the start of the DofE, the ACF was one of the three founder users, since it was obvious even then that this was a Scheme which had a whole lot to offer Army Cadets. The message remains relevant today, as thousands of Army Cadets will testify.
Col. Chip Wood was the former Commandant of Clwyd ACF.
